Often we are approached to provide empty or blank sample folders for construction and interior design materials such as carpet folders. This really isn’t a problem at all, we have capacity to produce empty shade cards or blank sample folders quickly and easily if you have the facilities to process the product sampling internally.
All of the sample folders and shade cards are made to order and can be constructed as a solid printed card in white for most printing of a wide selection of other colours. Going onto a thicker substrate changes the construction to a core grey board with print mounted to both sides, this thicker board is then creased to fold.
This example is a 2000 micron grey board that has OPP laminated litho print mounted over it, finished turnover edge so you can not see the grey centres of the board and creased to fold.
Additionally the sample folder / shade card has a O ring mechanism rivetted to the smaller spine to take a brochure.
